TulBox (formerly Sumee App) is owned and operated by Nuo Networks, Inc. We value and respect your privacy. Nuo Networks Inc. is a corporation legally incorporated in Delaware, United States, with legal address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US.
For operational, technical support, and local assistance purposes in the Latin American region, we maintain our offices at Atenas 1-1, Col. San Alvaro, Alcaldía Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México, C.P. 02090. This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with international and local standards.
Nuo Networks Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Data may be processed in the United States and Mexico.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information:
- Identification data: full name, email, phone
- Contact information: physical address, zip code
- Professional data: specialties, experience, certifications
- Financial information: billing and payment data (encrypted)
- Verification documents: official identifications, insurance
- Location data: We collect precise and approximate location data to enable real-time matching between Clients and Professionals, calculate estimated arrival times, and improve safety. This may include background collection when you grant the corresponding permission in the app.
2. Use of Information
Primary purposes:
- Provide and manage our professional connection services
- Facilitate communication between users and professionals
- Process payments and manage memberships
- Verify identities and professional credentials
- Personalize your experience on the platform
- Generate and send invoices and receipts
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with trusted subprocessors as described in Section 7, when required by law, or to operate the service. See Section 7 — Third-party providers for details.
4. Information Security
We implement multiple layers of security, including SSL/TLS encryption and multi-factor authentication where applicable, to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Data hosted with Supabase is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies and encryption at rest, in addition to access controls consistent with industry practice.
5. Account and Data Deletion
We provide a straightforward way for users to manage their data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the 'Profile' section of the TulBox App. Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request via email to contact@nuo-networks.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your data from our active databases, except for information we are legally required to retain for tax or compliance purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
As Nuo Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation, your data may be processed in the United States and Mexico, in accordance with applicable law and appropriate safeguards (including contractual and organizational measures) consistent with international security standards.
7. Third-Party Providers
We use trusted service providers, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and related fraud prevention where payments are enabled.
- Supabase: Used for backend infrastructure, including secure user authentication, PostgreSQL databases, and encrypted object storage. Data is hosted on secure servers with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
- Google Analytics — where enabled, for website or product analytics and related metrics.
These providers process data only as needed to perform their services and under agreements consistent with this Policy.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR and local laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability where applicable. Contact us at contact@nuo-networks.com to exercise these rights.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request access to personal data, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. Nuo Networks Inc. does not sell your personal data.
