Welcome to TulBox. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Nuo Networks Inc..
1. Definitions and Nature of the Platform
TulBox is a digital platform operated by Nuo Networks Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware, USA, with legal address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US.
We act as an intermediary to connect users seeking home services ("Clients") with independent service providers ("Pros") in the Mexican Republic and international operational areas. Our regional operational headquarters is located at Atenas 1-1, Col. San Alvaro, Alcaldía Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México, C.P. 02090.
Important: Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Nuo Networks Inc.. We are not responsible for their actions, services, or conduct.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Nuo Networks Inc. and the independent Professionals.
2. Registration and User Accounts
Registration Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide true and up-to-date information
- Keep your contact information updated
- Create a secure and confidential password
3. Use of the Platform and Services
Permitted Use:
- Request professional services for your home
- Rate and review services received
- Communicate with professionals through the platform
4. Payments, Pricing and Financial Security
Pricing Structure:
- Premium Membership: Access to verified professionals and priority services
- Service Fees: Established by independent professionals
- Fees: TulBox App may charge fees for facilitating the connection
Payment processing is provided through Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Nuo Networks Inc. does not store or have access to users' full credit or debit card numbers, in line with PCI-DSS security standards.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Nuo Networks Inc. acts exclusively as a connection marketplace. We will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to property, personal injury, or any dispute arising between Clients and Professionals. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuo Networks Inc. from any claim arising from the conduct of independent Professionals.
6. Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico for operational matters and the laws of Delaware for corporate matters. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the TulBox brand, the application software, logos, designs, and content are the exclusive property of Nuo Networks Inc.. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of these assets is prohibited under the laws of Delaware and applicable international treaties.
8. Cancellation Policy
TulBox reserves the right to apply cancellation fees if a service is cancelled by the Client with less than 2 hours' notice before the scheduled time. The details of such fees will be shown before you confirm each request.
